Widgetbox introduces a new twist on the blog ring.

I can certainly see someone signing up for every single web ring, just to get their blog out there.  Unless the rings somehow screen for similarities (i.e. in the food ring, does your blog at least have recipes). The idea is to keep the the quality of the blog ring high.
