So, on the first point, it seems Facebook is a double-edged sword--on the one hand it increases reunion participation but on the other hand it cuts into your control of the communication process. On the second point, I can see that there are values beyond only soliciting donations. Successfull almuni also reflect positively back on Caltech at many levels so there is value in helping to facilitate that. | | |
